Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Commercial Automotive client to recruit a senior Administrator to oversee the administration team with 2 staff.

Questech Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join their market leading client within the Automotives Sector. This is to work for a Global business at the Bridgwater depot.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client s team. As an administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support as well as invoicing and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a full time, office-based position.

Ideally you will have had experience of working within the automotive industry.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Fleet administrator/Parts Administrator/Service Administrator who wants to progress within a growing business.

Duties:

• Managing 2 administrators
• Inputting invoices and chasing outstanding debt
• Liaising with clients
• Working closely with the workshop and management
• Oversee stock checks and stock movement
• Manage payroll
• Work to KPI s
