Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Corporate Learning and Development Service and Management Team, including a range of customers, internal/external stakeholders, and partners. Ensuring that the service provided is business focused.
Maintain and operate comprehensive and efficient filing and documentation collation in accordance with data protection laws and confidentiality requirements.
Administration of all learning and development activities and events, including arranging venues, catering, resources, nominations process, maintenance of databases, and learning management system.
It is vital to the future of the department that the post holder is flexible in taking on additional tasks, willing to offer help to employees, and treats co-operation and support for colleagues as a top priority.
Key experience required:
Invoicing and procurement
Using Excel and bespoke databases
Attention to detail
Experience dealing with multiple professionals
Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Creating reports
