Role Description: We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our team at BUILDHOLLYWOOD's Creative Studio. As a team, we are responsible for realizing a wide variety of creations, from 3-Dimensional billboards to full set installations. Based in our studio at NW10, this position is best suited for somebody who has strong organizational skills and wants to find themselves surrounded in a creative environment. As the Administrator, you will be integral to the team's workflow and be accountable for all administrative aspects, greatly contributing to our team's success. What You'll be Doing: - Conducting administrative duties for the team such as payment requests, delivery logistics, credit card payments, refunds, returns, petty cash, and budgets.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Reviewing, updating, and relaying outstanding deadlines to the team.
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.
- Conducting spending reviews for projects.
- Filing and archiving receipts for projects and raising POs.
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Costing documents, receipt filing, invoice processing, credit card management, and assisting on RAMS documentation.
- Compiling reports (individual costs for all ongoing projects).
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and arranging conferences and events.
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
About You: - Strong background working in Excel.
- Very organized
- Keen and concise communicator
- Basic accounting background
- Previous credit card holder (nice to have but not necessary)
- Diligent and thorough filing
- Great at working within a team, and solitary when necessary.
Salary and Benefits: - Salary of circa £30k plus bonus scheme to share in company success.
